I?ve been a client at this store for more then ten years and since this store manager got in charge this store the worst store... around the area. This manager treats client as so disrespectful. I?m sore the store owner don?t know about what is going on inthere. When they open at 5am they don?t have anything ready available to purchase except drinks. You would think you would come in... before 5 and prep to open so items can be purchased upon opening but that?s not the case. The coffee is good but it?s hard todrink coffee on an empty stomach Read more
Manager is nice. Unfortunately, though quality isn't satisfactory. Also, Google says they're open until 7, but they may close at... 12, or 2, or whenever they feel understaffed... Unreliable. Read more
Try your best to avoid this location. They will always tell you there is something missing or just won't make certain menu items... just to save themselves time in the drive thru. I finally realized when there DM was there and I asked if something wasavailable today and she told me it should be available everyday. I've worked fast food and i get it but literally it is all thetime, and on top of that they are always rude. Like you always cheating the menu isn't enough, then you take out yourfrustration on life on people. I work to hard to spend my money somewhere where people can't be bothered to do more then gruntat me and tell me they don't have it. Third time I come to this Hillsboro store with Military and I am poorly attended, I always make the same order, large Caramel... ice Macchiato, less ice, when I came to pick up my order the glass was not full and when I asked about it the manager told mewhich is why I ordered less ice, so the glass comes with less drink, and I always order this same coffee in other stores of thischain and I've never seen it.
