Save yourself the aggravation and just go to DD on powerline between wiles 10th. This place Always so slow and poorest customer... service. Keep trying because it's the only one in the are. Went Sunday morning, 4 people ahead of me, stood for OVER 35 minuteswaiting for a hot coffee and two wraps! Everyone was so aggravated, people asking for refunds and leaving, staff acted poor,annoyed, and did not care. Staff not helping eachother, not looking up, about 8 people working. Kept giving people the wrongorders in wrong wait times. Haven't experienced this in a long time, there's usually one person in the crowd but. Awfully ran,needs new management. Before was very good now everybody is new and the service is horrible I order everything bagel minis and the cashier put plain... bagel also I need to repeat more than 5 times my order just for a bagel minis and ice late ridiculous. Asked for blueberry flavored, no shots in there whatsoever. Sugar must be sitting at the bottom because I don?t taste any and... have nothing to stir the scorching hot coffee with.. at least it?s hot.. Why is it so hard to find a decent Dunkin in thisarea?? Lamar, and Miah makes the best coffee ever. Really good customer service and very fast and efficient. This is my second time... here and I absolutely love the outdoors seating. There is also a place to pick up On Line orders and you will never have a longline because there is someone to greet you on the drive thur line. I took some video and pictures hopefully you enjoy. Really good service every time I go there. The new cups are great too! The guy at the window today comped/took care of one of... the coffees because there was a small wait.
