Good food but they frequently don?t have a delivery driver and I only find out 30 min to an hour after placing the order. I... understand they?re short staffed but they need to make that clear and not allow delivery orders to be placed online if theycan?t do them. Not doing so has wasted my time enough to not order again. Read more
Probably the worst Jimmy Johns store ever! Every time I order a sandwich , it takes them about an hour to show up even though... they are .08 miles from my office. And more often then not, they neglect to cut the sandwich in half even when I ask twice. Iam never ordering from them again. Read more

Beware of fraudulent charges! I placed a delivery order and the total was 17.50. I checked my statement the next day and saw I... was charged 50.97. I called them to let them know of the error. They said it was their mistake but that there is nothing theycan do about it and that I should dispute it with my bank. This is a ridiculous answer as they made the mistake.
