Normally a good experience with this spot, but today the service was horrendous. The guy at the register was a complete... a**hole?kept my mouth shut tonight, but if I run into him again, he?ll definitely be hearing my mouth. I asked for a plasticknife because the pizza wasn?t even cut! And he just looked at me as if I was the stupid one and said ?no.? Just plain rude. Read more
Multiple problems. Their "large" pizzas are about the size of Domino's large but are 40% more expensive. We just ordered a... pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and received nothing close to extra pepperoni. We also ordered a pizza with olives andanchovies and received no anchovies. These jokers open and close whenever they want. It?s 10:39 on a Saturday night. Says they?re open till 1:30 and Ms. Ratchet... Supreme cutting me off the phone due to their typical in store drama telling me they?re closed. Stay far away from this trashheap. Read more
Never have a problem with our order but yesterday we were given the wrong order. We still ate it and it was good, but feel bad... for the person that got our order because the one we got had allot of extra toppings and I'm sure was more money. People haveallergies and other issues with toppings and I'm sure whoever got our order wasn't happy about it. Read more
every single time we?ve ordered delivery they deliver an incomplete or incorrect order. then, they never answer the phone or... rectify the situation. only location i?ve experienced such horrible service. food is good, but this location sucks fordelivery. we gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, (after the manager said we?d get a refund on the lastorder?s missing item but we never did), and AGAIN they delivered the wrong order. an empty pizza box and pepsi with the name?Chris? even though we ordered pizza. Boyfriend ordered a pizza with a bunch of veggies. Delivery driver was extremely late because they forgot our pizza. It was... delivered cold and ended up being the completely wrong pizza. The sticker on the box was right but the pizza inside hadpepperoni and sausage on it. Tried calling and remained on hold for a long time with probably the most annoying advertisementsI?ve ever heard. Will not be ordering at this location again unless this giant company decides to stop being cheap af and hiremore employees + actually pay them enough. Placed an order.. 94 to 104 estimation. 2 hours go by... nothing. Been on preparing for an hour and a half. Called manager line... no answer. Called new order line. Asked if I could pick it up since they are delayed they said yes. Came inside. 6 workersthere. one eating by the oven and where a pizza laid. All saw me but let me wait 8 minutes before coming to me. They gave nocares. Asked to speak to a manager. Young girl who was making the dough came over and seemed annoyed. Said she switched it tocarry out but she didnt. They did not even apologize. I love papa John's but everytime I order it gets worse. Disappointing. Read more
