What a waste of $30.... Ordered a Canadian bacon pizza and got ham chunks on it instead.... I got a message saying my pizza was... ready went into the store and had to wait around another 15 minutes for them to do whatever they were doing.... I asked forplates because we would be eating at a park she looked at her manager after I asked her for plates and told me they did not haveplates for me I could tell she was full of it.... By far the worst Papa John's I've ever been to. So unfriendly. Waited an hour and thirty minutes for one pizza and was put on... hold by the manager Serena indefinitely. I had to hang up and call back just to cancel the order. She said she was the onlyperson working there and couldn't track down the driver. Read more
I looove the pizza and this location. I usually do a pick up because it?s close by and I get it faster that way. Okay, I?m... lying. I too have had issues with delivery, so I solved the problem by picking up instead. The customer service in the store isexcellent with a smile. The pizza was amazing, just the way I like it. The restaurant space is super clean. The floor wasspotless and I was delighted to see the team working hard making so many pizzas and also enjoying themselves at 11pm on aSaturday. Pathetic example of fast food pizza. This establishment should be shut down, first for the over priced swill, and second for the... lack of customer service! Prerequisite to working here must be: inept careless and rude! Avoid this place at all costs! Thedelivery drivers don?t even look for addresses, the food gets turned over without Apology! Unprofessional young idiots working this place. 1st they deliver my order incomplete. 2nd I called to save the driver time from... having to come back to my home to receive a refund for missing pizza, rude little boy answers and then hangs up. 3rd call backfor a manager unprofessional little girl gets on the line rude with no intellect. My order wasnt complete when delivered. I called and asked for my money back and they said they would send there driver back to... recieve my order and give me my money back, he never returned. I tried calling back and all they did was hang up the phone whenI did call. Worst service ive ever had. I was in shock when they just wouldnt answer my call or return my money on a incompleteorder.
