These people are no professional take order. Order never show . U call they say call corporate. Never said want refund. Don't... try fix order. I said if problem could have called. They hung up on me. I have never seen anything like this before. Could havesaid on pickup order. Instead they take your money lead u to believe it's coming never call to say it not. Honestly the worst experience ever. Waited an hour to get my pizza, then I got it like this. Called the phone number that was... supposed to be the store, but it was just a call center that referred me to another call center, than then told me to call thestore?? SO backwards, SO unorganized, SO disappointing. Save your money! Or simply go somewhere that cares. Read more
After ordering from the website (at 7:25 PM), I was charged $39 and the order was never delivered, in spite of a text at 8:11... indicating that my order was "on its way", never arrived. Multiple calls to the indicated "store phone #" went to a foreigncall center and each time my call was disconnected, without ever connecting to a (pardon the expression) store manager. Neveragain will you receive an order from me and hopefully my angry guests will follow suit! Read more
My order took 2 1/2 hours to be delivered it was 2 pizzas. When it arrived it was cold and did not taste fresh. When I tried to... call the store I was immediately hung up on 3 times and sat on hold for 30 + minutes 2 more times to eventually be hung up onwhen trying to address the issue with the store. If we can rate them a zero I would. Every time we order from them they only have ONE driver delivering for all of Deerfield... beach. It?s ridiculous! No apologies or warnings that our food will be late. We?re never going to order from here again. Iused to work for a pizza place as a driver and they would hold deliveries until that one driver was caught up. This iscompletely unprofessional. Read more

I usually order from this location. Never had a bad experience until today. I ordered my pizza at 5:17pm for 6pm. At 6:10 pm,... I was notified that my pizza was out for delivery. Excited and hungry. Time goes by. It was then 7:07pm and I have still notreceived my pizza. I called to inquire on the status of my pizza from 6:50-7:15 pm because I was constantly being put on holdor the phone hanging up. I gave up. The money has been taken from my account. I felt so disrespected and disappointed. Iordered pizza for my son because I was on my way to work. Long story short, my mom had to go to the location to resolve thematter for me only for them to tell her that they needed my card for the refund.
