I have to say their ads look so much better than the food you get! Both items we ordered were sorely different than even the... pictures inside on the counter when ordering. The "new" wings? Forget it, they're from pigeons! My order sat waiting for oneitem. When I mentioned it they offered to replace everything. They did, they took it behind the front counter, put it in a newbasket and brought it back. I'm done with them! Read more

My most recent visit it was not busy (luckily) and the food was good. I was, however, very disappointed that the chain... apparently removed the sauce and fixings bar during COVID and has yet to return it. They will have out small cups of sauce, butthe veggies you could get, like fresh chopped onions, they do not have. That was a big part of why I liked Pollo. I'm lucky thatI did not have any of the negative interactions with staff that others have reported, or that horrible manager of whom at least2 reviewers had pictures of from their visits. I know times are hard, but chains do need to focus on keeping up their standards. Read more

What an absolute mess. Where do I start? The staff looks like mostly convicts or low class deadbeats. No manners, no sense of... responsibility and lack of respect. This place should be shut down, cleaned out entirely and hire people who actually careabout good work ethic and their customers. I've never witnessed a more disorganized group in my life! If you are trulydesperate for chicken, do NOT go to this location. They will not even make eye contact or acknowledge your presence.... aftertelling them my order, they cut you off mid sentence, say "name" and walk away. The women working on August 29th around 8pmshould all be fired. I'm extremely irate and I did not serve 8 years in the military, along with attend to patients all day asa medical professional to feel this type of way. Closest thing to eating at home. Food is extremely good. "Finger licking" chicken is baked to perfection. Also had a pineapple... limeade...delicious! The downside to this Pollo Tropical is that it is understaffed for the demand of its location. I waitedabout 40-45 minutes for my food. Read more

The app is very easy to use. When I arrived no one behind the counter even acknowledged my presence. I looked around and took... an order with my name on it, no check by staff. Got home, all the sauces ordered were not in the sack. Staff needs to up theregame. A little friendliness and accuracy never hurts Read more

Upon driving up I was confused about a person getting out of a car, leaving the door open and walking towards the drive through... then realized it was a worker to take my order. He walked away cursing because the device died. I got to the window and they hadto ask two more times what my order was. The order still ended up being wrong but I took it anyway. As I was eating the food Ifound some sort of string/rope in the food. Disgusting! Such a horrible experience. Read more

This manager should be fired. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She would not give me her name because I advised her I... would be calling the corporate office about her. My experience there on Sunday is one I never want to have again. Placed myorder at 4:45 PM on the app and it stated the order would be ready at 5PM. Decided to go inside after 5 because they never cameout. Asked a few times how much longer the food would be and they kept blowing me off. As I was there I witnessed 3-4 othercustomers complain about their order. The manager never attempted to help any of them and when we asked the employees for hername they stated they could not give that out they would get in trouble. My order was not ready until 5:45PM!! 1 hour later forPolloTropical of all places. I wasn?t able to get a refund because I ordered through the app I was told. This is sad to write because pollo has such good prices and is so close to my office. I ordered curbside pick up and realized it... was going to take a while for them to come out so I walked in to let them know I can pick up inside instead. The cashier wasalready yelling at the lady in front of me so I figured I wouldn?t have the best attitude but have never experienced anger andyelling from any employee or man in my life. Employees tried calming him down and he still continued to yell at customer behindme. A grown man no matter what should never yell at any woman especially at work. To top it off, my bowl was soaked with beansthat I tried removing but was not able to be saved. Last time I go there, that is where I draw the line. The picture you see isthe beans even after I took half of my bowl out into the trash. Read more
