Visited this location often but unfortunately I've been turned off. My husband and I ordered smoothies from them yesterday... (8/31/22) and I found pieces of plastic in my smoothie. It had to have been blended with the smoothie. Some pieces I was able tocatch before I swallowed, but others were small enough that I know I ingested plastic! I have yet to recieve an apology or evenan attempt to find out how plastic got blended with my drink. Read more
Not enough staff, no guidance also had to buy my own bananas the main ingredient to a banana boat lol waited 20 min to come to... find out that bananas were out since the morning.. not practical for proactive people like my self.. Normally the service is ok but recently I?ve been going before work around 7:45AM and they?ve just been closed. And they take... forever to issue refunds on mobile orders. Extremely unhappy and annoyed Read more
It's tough because I have my favorites at Jamba and even Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The service was okay, not great and not... terrible. The menu was... Also okay? I thought it was complicated and a little bulky. I did love my smoothie, at therecommendation of a friend I got the Angel Food smoothie. I did notice that to wait for my smoothie, the service was a littleslow for my taste. I'd honestly rather go out of my way for Tropical Smoothie Cafe or Jamba Juice. Read more
Girl at the counter was pleasant, quick and polite. Wait was minimal, Even with three people before me getting smoothies.
I'm so happy they open one up close to me. So much selections to choose from. Good spot to get a shake after working out a the... gym. Friendly staff, small and cozy located in a nice busy plaza. Friday is $5 shake for 32oz. I recommend it. Read more
Finally! A smoothie place opened up in West Deerfield. I visited this location for the second time today. I'm both visits, the... staff is friendly and polite. I look forward to frequenting this Smoothie King. Parking in front of the store on the weekendscan be difficult. I recommend parking in the back and entering through the back door. Read more
