Taco bell has to pay your employees better. Just two working. They forgot my order. My "deluxe craving box" was so bad that not... even homeless would eat. Wow. Don't bother going through drive thru. Apparently service is being timed and they're just telling everyone to come inside... for their order. Once inside get ready to wait a long time for luke warm nacho fries and soggy chalupas. Yeah, and drive thrugirl gets a kick out of frustrated customers who just want to order something quick through drive thru. She laughed about itenough as I waited. Never again. Read more
I only got nacho fries cause of my past experiences here. Thinking it would be a reasonable wait, it wasn't. I walked in and the... employees were huddled up laughing and joking for a few minutes before I even ordered. After that, I waited 15+ minutes (fornacho fries!). In those 15 minutes I witnessed the employees being very nice and apologetic to customers faces.. As soon thecustomers left, they would laugh about multiple customers complaining about the wait. It was obvious there's no leadership hereand the employees take their sweet time. They were on their phones and I could tell it affected every part of their work. Icould hear them getting confused on orders and they have messed up terribly on my past orders. I hope they find some realmanagers in the future. Read more
The Front counter girl today was insufferably rude to multiple customers today. She also yelled at people to use the kiosk... instead of doing any work. It was insane, I've never seen a person working less likely to attract business outside of a prison. Read more
How does the lady in the drive thru still have a job? Rude does not begin to describe her, when I asked her to remake my food... that was clearly not right and missing items from my mobile order, she caught an attitude and I followed suit, threatened tocall 911 on me and when I asked her why she said because I was being rude, then she should look in the mirror and being rude isnot illegal. Clearly management here knows that good customer service and employee engagement goes a long way especially in the current... climate. Sadly, Still the worst taco bell to visit. I made an order in the app only to drive there and find out the system was down. So... the manager asked me to come back the next day for my food! I did that and waited over 35 minutes to get my food. Service was soslow peoplestarted sitting down in chairs at the register waiting for Service! Once I got my food, got home, off course my orderwas wrong! I. Done woth this location for good. Read more
Stopped to get 2 bean burritos. The girl had no idea what I wanted. I said 2 bean and cheese, no onions, no sauce. Just beans... and cheese. Got burritos with cheese sauce. Awful. I threw them away. Service and food horrible. Don't go there Read more
