Went in today with my family of 5. There was no wait for a table but the waitress was the determining factor for this low... review. Grabbed our order, drinks, appetizers and all. But never acted genuinely concerned with our table. The place wasn'tpacked, normal dinner time frame even, but we had all gone through our drinks, she never stopped by our table for refills andthen I could easily see her off to the side on her phone. When she dropped off the food, she didn't stay around to ask usanything, like does it look okay, steak good to go? Or even ask for refills. She just dropped and left back to her phone. Read more
Sorry not sorry the service sucked. We waited 10min before we even seen a server then they very rude towards me. Thankfully not... towards my child. The place had maybe 6 tables and they were all eating, so I was confused. Their attitude went away as ourdinner went on as my child and I were making jokes and they were cleaning by us. I probably won't go back after dinner again,food was decent of what we could order. Read more
Our waitress was great. I blame the kitchen for the following mishaps: onion rings with bbq sauce & no garnish, soup came out... way late. The cheese was hard. The steak was very small. Considering it was my birthday celebration I was a bit let down. Mysweety is a retired chef so perhaps we expect more. Just my thoughts. Read more
Like many restaurants they are a little understaffed so be patient with them. That being said our waitress was excellent and... attentive when she wasn't running around taking care of others. Our food was well cooked except for the French fries which werestone cold. However we mentioned it and they replaced them quickly with hot tasty fries. My fathers french onion soup lookedamazing and he said it tasted great. Read more
I got a 6oz sirloin with garlic green beans and loaded mashed potatoes. And French onion soup. I ordered ahead and did curbside.... It took 25 minutes, which I drove there from out of town and arrived just in time to pick it up. The steak was really good!! Read more
Took my daughter and my two grandsons out for dinner 04/06/22 to Applebees Defiance Ohio. I haven't been there in several years,... always enjoyed the service and food before. We ordered simple sandwiches, and children's pizzas. I discovered, after cutting andfork eating 1/2 of my sandwich a MOST UNWELCOME addition under the final bite. Uuuuugggghhhhh, GROSS! (See photo below) Since Ihave med length gray hair, my grandsons, short blonde's, and my daughter had her hair up and back, this is NOT ours! I called itto the server & req 20% off my the entire ck. The mgr came over, 1) he attempted to make me feel as if it were my hair! 2)offered a remake, um hello finding THAT put me straight OFF eating any further. I left the other 1/2 on the plate. The bourbon steak was cooked to medium rare perfectly, and tasted great. Laddie was my server tonight and did an excellent job.... The food was sizzling hot and served quickly and had great taste. A very enjoyable dinner experience. Read more
