Sandwich was cold and smaller than usual. Fries were cold and cooked in old oil. Food was not good.
Took about 10 minutes to get to the speaker to order. At THAT point they told me they couldn't accept cards. Only cash. I said... they should put up a sign well before people are trapped in the que. She responded "well I'm just an employee. They don't listento us anyway.". It took another 10 minutes to get out of the line not leaving me any time on my 1/2 hour break to go elsewhere. Read more

Worst Arbys ever, the hiring manager has an awful attitude and it shows through the way his employees act and treat customers... and even coworkers. It?s obvious the owners don?t care much about anything letting people like this run the place. Food issubpar at best, they couldn?t even coat a chicken tender all the way with buffalo sauce for a slider. I watched 3 employees walkpast my order on the prep table while flies landed on it and after a few passes had to ask for it to be bagged up so I could getout. I like Arby's food. It's a higher quality than many fast food restaurants. This one in particular has a fairly short line in the... drive through and that was perfect because I was in a hurry. Big mistake. It took just as long as the much-longer lines at thesurrounding ff restaurants. The food was good though. Everything was correct with my order. So, that kind of makes up for thewait. I had the turkey, bacon, and ranch sandwich. The bread is soft and delicious. It's HUGE, so I typically only eat half at atime. Yummy curly fries. And my son liked the chicken nugget kid's meal. He said the toy was the best kid's meal toy ever. Read more
