This biggby is awful , I've visited many locations but this one does something wrong.. I've tried it multiple times as well and... every time their mocha caramels taste awful no matter whether it's cold or hot.. also the teddy bears aren't right either. Ifeel like the employees maybe don't measure precisely and that's why it doesn't take like how biggby should . If u never hadother locations and this is the only biggby u ever had your missing out! I recommend the one in wauseon those people make itperfect every single time. Even the hot chocolate in this location tastes awful.. i hope the manager sees this and doessomething about how things are measured because it makes a huge difference in the taste .. super inconsistent tasting coffee..and biggby coffee is so bomb.. but not here ! If I crave biggby and I'm in defiance i never stop because it's a waste of moneyat this location! Read more
Awesome staff and they worked hard and together to get ou big order out in a timely fashion and everything we had was fantastic.... Definitely would go everyday if I lived in the area. Would highly recommend!!!!! Read more
Great Coffee and service. My 3 year old granddaughter loved the magic milk (chocolate milk with whipped cream and sprinkles) I... like black coffee, son had mocha mocha frozen and my daughter had the iced latte. We also tried the Pumpkin Muffin. Read more

Better than "TIMme next doors. My husband &, I drove from Decatur,to get some personal business done, WE ALWAYS stop @ Biggby... for a bagel sandwich &ALWAYS a Fresh coffee. For us it's Our "TREAT " for our 75 min drive back home!!!! ???? Read more
The lady working was super sweet and very helpful. I didnt really know what I wanted so she gave me a few ideas and her final... recommendation was a Black bear frozen (she ever offered to make me something else if I didn't enjoy that) which was really good!! Thank you for a great experience. The store was clean and even the bathroom was clean and smelled nice ! Photos are myoriginal and the enhanced copy slightly brighter and a little off color. This place was completely unorganized. It gets crowded inside with the line that forms fast. Names are not taken for orders so... everyone is guessing what item is theirs. Tables were dirty. Prices were ehh, restroom was dirty. I just wouldn't go again.Nope. Read more
