So sad.... Very slow service and a lot of disorganization/ confusion amongst the team. We left and 2/3 people had not even... received their food after almost an hour. Just don't come here if you are hungry or if you do not have hours for them tocorrect their mistakes. Everyone seemed nice but when anyone goes out to eat..... nice with NO food OR drinks does not cut it. Worst restaurant i have ever been to and I am very well traveled. I hope you figure it out. Honestly, it was really not the best. I always have high expectations for Bob Evans, but they always seem to fall short. This... past visit my husband and I both got breakfast through curbside pickup. The employee thst brought the food was sort of rude. Sheput her hand through the open window to hand me the recipt all the way in the passenger seat, while my husband was given the bagof food we ordered. The employee seemed like she really didn't like what she was doing. Overall, the experience gave off anegative mood to the morning. We waited over an hour for our food, it was cold and not even right. We didn't get drinks. And didn't see our waitress at all.... Till she brought out the wrong food . When I ask what was taking so long she actually said the pancakes.. we had 1 order. Therewere 4 tables that seated after we she took our order and had there food and done eating before us. My grandma and I decided to have breakfast at Bob Evans. She selected the country-fried steak with eggs over easy, fresh fruit,... and rolls. I chose the new strawberry French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and home fries. Each bite was as deliciousas the next, and we left very full and very satisfied! Read more
One of the worst locations I've ever been to. Incapable of producing quality food. (Dry overcooked burger, undercooked... hashbrowns, over easy egg broke while they were cooking it so no yolk for the burger) Customer service is a joke. Already loggeda complaint to corporate. This evening two friends and I ate supper at the Defiance location. We were told there would be about a 15 minutes wait, but it... was 10 minutes or less. Our waiter's name was Kevin and even though he normally does not wait tables, he was great! Iembarrassed him, but he took it all in stride. Our food was hot and very good.
