One of my biggest pet peeves at the speaker is trying to order and after every single item the order taker asking "it that it?"... It would be better if they let me order and actually listened to what I'm ordering. Got home 2 of 3 sandwiches were messed up. Read more

I don?t know how or where to start with this situation but there?s a lot. My sandwich was practically thrown together. (It was... absolutely disgusting). And I?m not one to call out employees but that dishwasher summer had quite a bit to say. The attitudewas unreal. I?ve gone to Burger King on the south end of Toledo with better costumer service. The food is good but kinda skimpy on the lettuce and mayonnaise. Not sure why and I also had to ask for my second drink.
I visit this place often and have always had a great experience. Today I think was a clear mistake. The receipt and wrapper... show the sandwich was ordered with cheese and onions, but they were not on the sandwich. A quick call and the management agreedto make it right.
