Never heard of a pizza place making you pay extra for extra sauce on a pizza. Yet here we are. Bought a large one item for 7.99... and had to pay almost 25% (1.75) more for sauce. None of tye dominos in ft wayne do it. Nor papa johns or marcos or anyone. Takeyour business somewhere else instead of paying for something that should already be on your pizza. Read more
Well I usually don't post on these.but.....I hadn't eaten all day and went to work, bartending..I had some friends that offered... to get me food from a neighbor bar..they closed by the time the made it..then order Marcos but their I online shut down andwhen. I called they stop delivering 2min before I called....then I ordered papa John's they call back 10 min later and saysystems are down and I can't get delivery....then you guys take my delivery....mess up my pizza and I call 6 times at 10 mintill close and Noone answers...so....imagine my frustration..........thanks.....oh and my pizza was delivered at about 30 minbefore close so....I did the best I could...I'll call in the morning Read more

Placed my order at 2:08pm and waited an hour to get my food. They have a full staff at night but not in the morning?... The... people are snobby as well. I walked in at 2:25pm like the wait time said and she didn't even start it. The driver came in and Iwent back in to cancel my order and she didn't even acknowledge me but helped the window and the other lady in the lobby.. So asit's 3:05pm I'm still waiting. Like how they have new people and they think it's ok to be snobby to customers! Had a friendorder a week or so ago and the night crew was snobby then too. This place really is taken a down fall. I just ordered from here, and I have to say how incredibly impressed I am by the service, quality, and how quickly I received my... order. As soon as I paid for it it was being prepared, was put in the oven and ready all within 15-20 minutes. Got it deliveredand had my order within 30 minutes of placing the order. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I brought it inside and checked it.The pizza was perfect! The toppings were perfect and it was even cut all the way! The best part was the exact amount of sauces Iordered on the side were correct! (That never happens anytime I order pizza delivery) My driver Madeline, was so kind also. Shegreeted me with a smile and even said to have a great day. I know that should be just common courtesy however I feel like it israre now so I appreciated it a lot especially since today was a challenge hence me choosing to get food delivered instead ofcooking. This Dominoes remains one of the best in the area! Care is put into making there pizza. I was always a Pizza Hut is the best but... the Hut has skid drastically from food quality and even more so with the customer service. Back to the chain at hand, Dominoes,continue to do your thing guys/gals, you are killing it!! I would eat there everyday if I could afford it, heck if I couldafford one a week. Anything more than the every one in a great while would be a huge blessing but whenever we can scrape somechange, Choice is unanimous in my household! Dominoes!!! Read more
