It's been nearly 15years since my last Marcos sub and OMG they're even better than i remebered
Of all the pizza in Defiance that I have tried so far, this is the only one not to make me quit eating after 2 slices. Ate a Ham... and Pineapple pizza and actually ate much of it before becoming full. Have not done that since leaving progressive Lucas County,which didn't have much decent pizza either. Read more
I don?t write these for me because I?ve been through this already I do this for you guys so you don?t go through what I did... I... write these honestly and I do not get paid for this... as a first time customer I was lied to and then tricked out of evengetting my pizza. I ended up deciding to not even do business with this company and I wouldn?t even step foot in thisestablishment if I were you. I have never ate here and I will not after the tricks they pulled on me. Find a different pizzaplace because it only get better. Please respect my decision I do this for you guys. I had a gathering at my home for my mothers birthday. I ordered 3 large pizzas, cheesy bread and a 2 liter of pop. I did... contactless delivery and in the box they provide for special instructions I stated to put pizza on INDOOR front porch. Needlessto say when it is pouring rain outside you would not think this would need to even be stated BUT when it came to be past thedelivery time given, I looked on tracker and it said delivered. I looked in the indoor porch and nothing. I look out onto myfront steps and there they are, my soggy pizza boxes????. I immediately called and was never given an apology but they did saythey would speak to driver and send out certificates in the mail. Well after spending over $50 on my meal I was given two $6gift certificates. The second one was only given because I called back to tell them they forgot my 2 liter. Im pretty sure igave more than $6 for the tip alobe! Very disappointed in service. I enjoy the pizza when its not cold but it may be awhilebefore I return. Read more
Last week I ordered a pizza and it wasn't right. I called the store and he issued me a $5 credit for the next time I ordered a... pizza. Tonight, I called to order a pizza and told him about my credit and he said "they quit issuing credits a month ago". Iasked for a manager and he said he was a manager and I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I always orderedfrom Marcos at least once a week and would spend almost $40 every time. Not any longer! Looks like I will be looking foranother pizza place! Read more
