Service was very slow. Ordered a sandwich with no pickle and got plenty of pickle. Ask for sauce for happy meals. No sauce and... when ask the young lady about it she ignored my wife and walked away. Overall terrible experience and won't patronize again. Read more
Unfortunately, it took roughly 35 minutes to make it through the line and get my food. I started out two cars from ordering.... This is totally unacceptable for a fast food establishment. And a mc double cheese burger is $2.89 this too is unacceptable! Read more
I Waited 45 minutes for my food just to have been told they haven't even started my order which wasn't even the worst of it they... forgot my son's chocolate milk and my Fiancée's sandwich. They wasn't even that busy either, they had a regular amount ofpeople in. I will never come here again. Not worth it! Read more
Waited at the speaker for five minutes with no response... finally drove to the window after they took another order in the... other lane. The cashier never apologized...just asked what I wanted... took my order and I paid. Of course they had me pull upas I watched four others get their orders and drive away. Apparently they had to go catch the filet to make my sandwich. Veryfew options this time of night and they know it. Unprofessional. Frustrating. Read more
Drive through times are terrible, they have a weight sensor issue that hasnt been fixed and the workers arent with it enough to... keep eyes on their drive through line. I hVe waited 40 minutes plus on 3 different occasions so now i will drive to the otherside of town rather than go the one that is only a few miles from my house. fries are often undercooked and under salted. Ordersconstantly have mistakes or missing items. We once got a kids meal with no burger patty. I've never seen such a dysfunctionalplace and I use to work in fast food. Food was good, but the service sucks. Had to go inside, after waiting for 10 mins curbside. Still did not have our order ready.... Only 2 breakfast bagels and a coke. Had to wait for them to finish the second sandwich. Inside was filthy. Will not be goingback to this location. Read more
I have never been thrown out of a place in my life...until today. In the manager's opinion I was rude to ask for my order to be... correct after the second time it was fouled up. I am large and can be loud, though on his occasion, I had held my tongue. Yet Iwas thrown out. This place has fouled up my wife's and/or my orders on multiple occasions and been huffy when asked to correctthem. I am not sure why I want back but I will never make that mistake again. Terrible with timing . Went one morning when it was supposed to be open already waiting in the drive through too long just left... . Next day after ordering took forever for just my latte and a breakfast burrito. I check the times online when it opens youguys need to update your opening times as well . Read more
