Went there today to pick up my Pizza and there was a customer that may have a developmental delay at the desk and he wanted to... talk with all the workers. Been buying here for years and was generally satisfied. Just got pizza and not only paid more but was made with significantly... less dough. Cheaper ingredients also. Different tomatoes, different sausage, DIFFERENT PIZZA. Not the experience I'm used to.Change it back or you're gonna lose my business and prolly others. Read more
Call goes to a call center, not directly to the store itself. The person at the call center I had difficulty understanding, kept... repeatedly asking him over -- over again to repeat what he said, plus the call itself kept breaking up. Ordered a supreme pizza. I?m pretty sure that I see one slice has no toppings on it. Not to mention it was hard to get waited... on in the place to pick it up because people think they can cut in line. Last time I ever go to papa johns in defiance. Plusit?s a food restaurant?. I ordered two papadias with my order. And this how they make them? No toppings? Oh wait one piece of chicken on the one half... on one and then the other has toppings on one side only. The business must not want to put any toppings on anything. Horrible quality this time. Not to mention the door says face coverings required to enter but all employees working had NO facecoverings on. Seems they really care at papa John?s in Defiance. Read more
