First I was verbally assaulted by a young employee making inappropriate remarks as I was walking out of the establishment an... then the manager Mitch , has made many rude an inappropriate remarks to his team members which I?ve watched and heard firsthand. The menu was not switched over from last night's lunch to the morning breakfast so we had no idea what our options were and on... top of that the worker could not be heard whatsoever. Beyond pathetic customer service. I went through the drive thru tonight and placed an order for 10 items. it took awhile at the... pick up window and the girl handed my bag to me and said "it's all in there I'm sorry it took so long" I told her it's fine nobig deal. Get home and I literally have 5 of 10 items missing. I called and was prepared to go pick it up and was informed atthis point they are only open for door dash and mobile orders and I would have to order my food again. I said so you are tellingme you are there, making food and I can't get my food without ordering it again? I'm not paying a delivery charge on top ofpaying for food i already paid for and she hung up on me. I drove out to speak to a manager and they wouldn't come to thewindow.
