I love Wendy?s, but this Wendy?s needs to just close up shop. I hate to give a bad review, but every time I?ve ever come to this... Wendy?s, it?s an extra long wait, even if you?re the only customer, and even then, the order is absolutely always given to mewrong. I?ve given them so many chances & even called the manager to brag when they finally found an employee that seemed toactually know what he?s doing, in hopes it would encourage others. I?ve just given up on this Wendy?s. I won?t be going back.I?d rather just skip that meal. It?s not hard work, come on people. I worked at a Wendy?s as a teenager for two years, Iremember it being easy work even when it was slammed! Waited in line for over 30 minutes for just 2 items because they decided to only have the drive thru open and then find out that... they were out of one of the items I wanted. Update to that they scammed me out of $3 dollars and had a rude attitude towards meand I will never be going back there again Read more
Fries were as good as they get, hot and just right saltiness. Spicy chicken sando was really good, and even accommodated my... goofy Fanta zero concoction request. Best Wendy's trip in ages. Read more
Waited about 30 min. in line. Ordered a sandwich off the menu. Didn't ask for any changes to it. Got home and it was completely... wrong. Went back told them what the menu said was on the sanwich and got the same exact sandwich as the 1st one. Told them againI wanted the sandwich on the menu and again it was wrong. Took them 4 tries to get it anywhere near what the menu described. Theend sandwich tasted good but still was not correct and took a lot more effort than it should have. A refund should have beenoffered. Read more
First time I?ve ordered Wendy?s in a year. Somehow they think burnt yet cold food is something I would let my kids eat! I?m just... lucky I used DoorDash and they refunded my whole order plus a $5 credit for the inconvenience. Why is this place still inbusiness??? Read more
Literally just waited for about 15 minutes to get a biggy bag and chz burger. The lady ahead of us had to talk with the manager... for some reason. We pulled up, was given a bag and had to ask about the drink. We weren?t asked what we wanted at the intercom.He said to us ? oh I just gave you a coke, that ok??? Umm? ok. BBQ sauce in the bag, that we also didn?t ask for, husband likesranch with nuggies. But apparently the kid thought he?d just throw those in as well. Then come to find out there were NO NUGGETSin the bag ???? Now I think I get why the lady had to see the manager, I get new people but? we?ve all been there. Never use the Wendy?s app to order at this store . We ordered food and when we got there, they said it hadn?t come thru yet . We... pulled over and waited several minutes and went back to the window , still not there , we drove up to the window again and saidwe wanted to cancel and the girl said she couldn?t do anything for us . The charge was all ready showing up on our credit card ,we asked several times to talk to the manager , she eventually went to get him , he came to the window and just looked at usnever said anything ! We explained and wanted to cancel and he said we would have to go to door dash lol we ordered thru theWendy?s app not door dash . He didn?t know to call his area manager . They seemed very untrained , I asked him to call his areamanager and he walked away from the window and never came back . So we paid for our food and never got food . We are nowwaiting to get the charge canceled on our credit card . We will never go to that particular store again . Not the only timewe?ve had issues at that store .
