Y'all just need to close this place down. No bananas, no syrup toppings, no labels on which ice cream is which and staff... doesn't know either. No cones, no this, no that. I'm sorry, but somebody needs to learn to order supplies. And you need toteach your staff to have a manager go to the grocery store and get bananas, for gosh sakes. And don't feed me the COVID bsline. All the other Baskin Robbins are stocked well. Oh, but let me guess, the mgmt doesn't even care. Look at the one andonly picnic table on premesis. First time even trying this place and what ice cream place doesn't have topings for sundays... first and last time I will ever... go there. Once was informed they had no toppings I turned around and walked out. And not even gonna go into how disgusting theplaced looked. Food on floor and tables. There was some note scrawled in crayon taped to the side of the building that claimed drive thru only lobby closed, and when we... tried the drive thru, they couldn't provide the ice-cream flavors due to it "all bring listed inside" We just decided to leave.So disappointing. Read more
No bananas, no vanilla ice cream, none of the winter flavors - finally opted for a dipped cone and when we got to the window... they don?t have any dipped cones. Poor, poor management. The staff were friendly and I felt bad for them they have to put upwith poor management . Read more
Our 1st time coming here since they opened a few years ago. We read through the reviews and most reviews were of pretty bad... experiences. We decided to try our luck anyways with the drive thru. It's 9pm with an hour till closing. We have 2 teensboys, a toddler and the wife and I. With that said, my family and I would like to give a shout out to the gentleman worker"THOMAS"!!! He took our order with patience! He was very, very nice and even went above the standard to help complete ourorder!! With the amount of not so good reviews we wanted to shine some light and give a shout out to this employee for hiswonderful efforts to make our 1st experience here a great one!!! Read more
We gave this place a try because sonic doesn't make banana splits anymore. It was a good choice! Overall, a good experience and... friendly staff. We were the only ones eating inside, and they weren't busy. Still, two of the usable tables were gross and hadice cream all over them. I guess they don't pay much attention to that area now that most people don't eat in the dining areathese days anyway. We did because it's hard to share a banana split with someone in the truck... We will definitely be back.Hopefully with clean tables to sit at next time. Read more
I did not read any reviews before stopping here, & glad I didn't. I read the other reviews, clearly managment made changes. I... stopped by on a long road trip for business. I visited their restroom first (men's room) and it was the cleanest public bathroomI've been in in quite some time. Everything in the store was clean, neat and organized. The 3 young ladies working were allpolite to me and my Pumpkin Cheesecake milkshake is delicious. My visit was approximately 3:15 p.m. on a Wednesday. Havingworked fastfood myself I know it's a lot easier have things clean and nice when you're not slammed at work. People should havemore empathy/patience. :^) Read more
***BEWARE*** Don't waste your time with this dirty, nasty place. It should be closed down by the health department. They're out... of most everything. What they do have is old dried up nasty stuff that should be thrown in the trash. The employee even said itwasn't worth eating. It was nasty. We won't ever darken your doorstep again at this place. You should do yourself a favor andjust close the doors so people don't come out of their way to be disappointed. Read more
