Bogey?s is our favorite restaurant! After living in Santa Rosa Beach for years and dining out quite often.. Bogey?s blows ALL... restaurants out of the water! We are huge grouper fans and always order the Lorenzo, the best piece of grouper you?ll find inthe area and surrounding areas! Not only that, but all food we?ve ordered and tried has never disappointed us. Additionally, the staff members and owners are PHENOMENAL folks, they make you feel like family & are super sweet. Love the theme and pictures and paintings in the restaurant. We had the fried green tomatoes which were good. Cocktails were... good. I got the grouper for my entree and it was good but texture seemed mushy. I would have liked it more if it had some kindof crunchy coating. It does have toasted almonds but that wasn't enough. Overall it was a nice place. Our server was great. Allof the staff seemed really nice and attentive. Read more

Beautiful dining experience for my lovely date and I. Even before it began, Josh (the barman) took our reservation with such... friendliness and true anticipation for our arrival. We are about 30 minutes away, and that evening were running late by nearly30 minutes. It?s not a usual thing for us to be late, but Josh said there was no problem holding our table reservation and waslooking forward to greeting us when we made it there. We were greeted by at least 4 smiling faces, and the manager herselfalready knew us by name. (another point for Josh) Our waitress was so friendly (I wrote her name down and can?t find it now,darn it. Maybe Maddie?), she made great suggestions of which we followed almost all with wonderful results! The catch of the day(I had mine cajun style), and my Rose had the catch Lorenzo style; both outstanding. Service, very attentive and happy to haveyou there. We can?t wait to return and highly recommend for a sublime dining experience. Read more

Another wonderful meal here. Chicken Parisian and prime rib, both entrees absolutely delicious. Love the bread served with the... salad. The staff was very good, but management might want to spend a little effort giving them some polish .. not every couple"of a certain age" enjoys being addressed as "you guys" ???? Read more
