Young female worker is careless and sloppy when making a sandwich. I also had to tell her to change her gloves. She drenched my... sandwich in sauce after telling her to go light(she added about 1/4cup of sauce). She scrapped off sauce and took my topveggies off????. My veggies soaked my bread with the water thats in the container, she added way more than she should along withthe liquid that they are in ???????. She kept looking out the front and seemed very distracted. Overall, I would not come back,I don't recommend. She definitely needs some retraining!!! She should not be left unsupervised!!! Read more

Just wanted to say the worst experience in a restaurant I?ve ever been in and I wasn?t even in this location for 20mins. The... blonde woman behind the line making the subs was completely rude to myself and everyone who was in front of me. There was a signsaying the store would be closing at 730pm. I understand things happen and being behind there all day is tiring as I was amanager at firehouse subs for a year and a half. But this young woman was absolutely rude and mean. She continuously asked ?isthat it?? For EVERY topping and EVERY customer. Food is good. The staff is exceptional, which is incredibly rare for Subway. Glad I found this place.
I've been coming to this place for years and I've never had a complaint. Typically this place is your standard subway. In the... past few months this place has gone downhill over the two or three times I've been. Most of the staff is what you would expect,there's a kid that plays trap music sometimes but he's nice enough. My last two visits I've had the extreme displeasure ofhaving Angela make our food. She is short to the point of being rude. Barely hidden eyerolls, groans, asks for all of thetoppings very quickly then forgets them and keeps asking "WHAT ELSE??" extremely poor service out of this older lady. I'm here in Defuniak working and I'm from Texas. I usually have to eat out every night for dinner, so tonight I chose Subway.... The Young girl behind the counter greeted me almost immediately, she appeared to be pregnant, and I started the conversationabout it and we chatted as she made my sandwich.
