The food was ok..The staff was rude!! They acted as if me & everyone else ordering was a bother!! You would think that I made... them go broke due to getting 3 more extra sauces by the attitudes & snarls that I recieved! Worst tacobell ive ever been to? quesadilla was burnt, meat in my doritos locos tacos was bland and disgusting and tasted like... it was sitting for a while, lazy workers, no toilet paper in the bathroom and lazy worker was wasting time in the bathroom andmy wife had to end up leaving to use the bathroom elsewhere? wont be coming back here again ever? My food is always wonderful from here, but this week the staff here went above and beyond. I left my wallet in their lobby on... Wednesday and today I called and they were holding it for me. When u got it back everything including my cash was still inside.Thank you!! Read more
While placing order, two employees making food starting screaming and cussing at each other for everyone to hear. Two customers... waiting for food in front of us; both of their orders were wrong. When brought to employees attention, they were arguing withthe customers telling them that they ordered wrong. So our order came out next, of course it was wrong, with items missing andnot made right. Should have seen that coming. My recommendation is pass on this location and try to find somewhere thatunderstands customer service and can get orders right. Read more
I ordered through door dash and never received my food. I waited almost 2 hours and when the dasher got there to pick up my... order they claimed someone already picked up my order which wasn't true because I never received my order. So the dasher triedto get them to make it right and they then informed him that my order was at the store and refused to give it to him. So I askedfor a full refund and they told me to contact door dash. I am beyond mad right now and will NOT be eating there ever again. It seems this Taco Bell is just hit or miss some days hit them on a good day and the food is delicious and hot and mouth... watering. Well that wasn't the case today at all the food was slightly put together crammed into a box and handed out the windowby a very nice employee although the food sucked. Read more
The suck of the visit was no dine in. The good was the staff was alert, attentive, and informative. Can in for a mobile pickup.... Went through drive thru, very visible diner not open. Informed staff of pick up, parked in front entrance area. Staff was very"johnny on the spot" making sure everything was completed, fast, and smooth. Excellent service, extremely friendly, and caring. Always has a backed up line, always puts onion when I ask for no onion, always adds ice when I ask for no ice, half the time the... rice is under cooked or just dry in general. Beans are usually good, the people are usually nice. Read more
