My girlfriend and I stopped in to have a late dinner. It was around 10pm and they were busy. The Cook , Joey,looked overwhelmed... . About 15 minutes after we arrived another cook showed up and he took over and did a great job getting everything organized andfood cooked fast. Ernest was the cook and our server Sunshyne was great. Wow, it?s been a while since I have been to a Waffle House and I am glad I went to this one. The staff was amazing ! So kind and... hospitable. When you think southern hospitality Kathy is exemplifies it. Our food was so delicious. The waffles were tasty thepatty melts were amazing. Just an amazing experience at this Waffle House. To give some perspective I tried to go eat here forbreakfast and lunch and it was so packed I couldn?t even find a place to park. I see why this place is awesome !! Read more
We stopped here on a Sunday morning after our vacation in Watercolor, Florida. It's Waffle House, so one can only expect so... much. However, the food was prepared exactly how we asked the 1st time. The waiters all seemed friendly and attentive. Theonly issue we had was the wait and lack of organization with seating waiting customers. This one actually had the shortest wait,we'd stopped at 2 other places before hunger finally made us chose this one. The place was packed from the time we arrived untilwe left. Read more
Place was mostly clean. The workers were polite, but for 3am or so when we came in- they were very loud with the dishes- like... unnecessarily loud. There were only 3 employees in the store and it was enough sound for a medium rush... Aside from this, wewere sold blueberry waffles only to be told they were out. Staff can communicate and avoid that- but it obviously wasn?t a gamechanger. Biggest pet peeve was that we were served wet cutlery. This is a big thing that I hate seeing stores do. It?sunsanitary, bacteria grow in standing water- this includes water left on cutlery. Also it just doesn?t feel good to pick up awet fork... 3/5 Experience. Wouldn?t go out of my way to come back, but I wouldn?t avoid either. Read more
Food was good...service was subpar, server was loud and yelling across restaurant, banging dishes behind counter. we had... question about bill and server was loud and seemed bothered by this. Read more
