If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My boyfriend found a plastic bag clip in his nachos. I?m so thankful he didn?t... choke on the foreign object. We contacted customer support and didn?t receive a response. We called the store and an automatedmachine said no one was available to take our call. We were disconnected. I have been here only a handful of times and that is an important detail. I have not had problems with their food until I went... there on Thursday, 9/29/22. I believe me and a friend both got food poisoning from this place. He did not come into work but Idid. I was feeling very weak the entire day but made it through and slept it off for the most part Friday into Saturday. I don'tgive 1 star because I've only been there so many times so I don't know if I was just unlucky. But 2 stars because again, only ahandful of times I've visited and then me and a coworker both end up sick the next day? Be aware of the food at thisestablishment. I'm not guaranteeing this will happen to you but it very well could. I'm not going back here. Read more
Very poor service. Facility was not fully functional this day... from no soda to hair in lemonade to lack of service to bathroom... out of order this was a terrible dinner out and waste of money. They also ran a second order of our app and brought with meal bymistake, I said we already had them he said they were extra and offered if we wanted them. He placed on table anyway. They werecold and ended up on bill. If I would have had any service earlier I may have debated there but paid and walked instead.....withdirty hands because no bathroom use and couldn't get napkins for our 50 wings +apps...never again. As a worker, the district manager Rick made the restaurant workers still do takeout orders until 11 pm without any working... toilets or urinals due to plumbing issues and this was over a span of at least 4-5 hours. How would workers go to the bathroomtoo when all the places nearby were closed after 8-9 pm? Did he also really expect us to leave to go to the bathroom too? Heshould be fined or go to jail. Pretty sure it?s illegal to make people work in an environment with no working plumbing. Happy idon?t work for this garbage company anymore. Read more
LOVE the wings here the Garlic Parm wings are amazing and always taste great. Good restaurant very nice on the inside. Would... also recomd the lemon pepper dry rub or the honey barbecue. Always go on Thursday for buy one get one wings. Good food ???? Read more
This was my first and very last time I will order from B-Dubs. The carry out server convinced me that the boneless wings were... the rave tonight so I ordered them. As I waited, my food was cold as it was presented to me. And the sauces were salty as helland the fries were cold. NEVER EVER AGAIN! Read more
I have a sensitivity to onions and the manager Jonathan who was behind the bar personally went to the kitchen to check the... ingredients of the sauces for me. He was busy at the bar and took the time to check this. Great customer service and alwaysgreat food. Read more
Was seated at our table was never offered a kids menu or a high chair for our 8 month old, we sat an hour without the waitress... taking our order after serving our drinks. She would just walk right by us and never even acknowledge we had an empty drink toeven begin taking our order. So we left, and I even said something to a worker as we walked out the door and I overheard hertelling the waitress that we were not served and no one even tried to make it right, they just let us walk out the door.
