They close at random times and there employees aren't well trained, but this is made up for from the time someone said their... fries had to much salt and they have me the fries. Seems like it'll be a nice place to work. The one in Sycamore has bettercustomer service. Read more
Went through drive thru, ordered the two meals deal with two drinks, fries and a choice from the selected burgers, chicken... sandwich or chicken frys. Pulled up to the window they had no fries or were ?out.? They offered nuggets in replace. I didn?twant that so I asked to just be charged for two orders of chicken frys. They still gave me the drinks and replacement nuggets. Ilive about ten minutes away. I get home with my son and our food was cold. I work in fast food it?s pretty disappointing. Read more
I gave this location one more chance, and they failed. I came in with my friend and we got separate orders. Very simple at that.... They forgot to give her order to her entirely, and they didn?t even get it right. Customer service was awful again as well. Wedidn?t get helped right away, and we were the only ones there. There wasn?t even anyone in the drive through. When the guyfinally came to the register he just stared at us. No greeting. Not even a ?can I take your order?. 0 stars if it were anoption. Read more

This BK is in Sycamore, IL and opened short time ago, may be in 2021. I like their whoppers, nice smokey flavor and big. I like... the bread- burger ratio, I don't like my burger between 2 pillows and BK doesn't do that. I always customize my whopper and theyalways get it right. Pulled up to the window at 10:15 and asked for french toast and the man said ?its 10:30. no.? and then he said ?did u want the 3... or 5 piece?? and I politetly asked him did he check the time before telling me no and he responded with ?DO YOU WANT THE 3 OR 5PIECE?? I understand some workers have rough days but this man never ever has good customer service. I rarely come here but whenI do its an instant regret. They are quick to send customers away because they dont wanna do the work which is the bare minimum. Read more
The cashier was soooo sweet and patient. This restaurant is clean inside with the exception of in front of the drink machine... otherwise it?s pretty and courteous. Our order was completely wrong and they corrected it without any attitude whatsoever! Thisis the kind of customer service I like that will keep them in business and us doing business with Burger King here in Dekalb atleast the 4pm shift. I?m impressed, great job ladies (cashiers). The food was good! Sycamore Location ?? My husband and I usedthe app for discounted prices.. we don?t understand why staff was upset because we order our $3.00 double whopper and freenuggets. Literally a joke. Always messed up orders and just about always have an attitude. Got my order completely messed up and now have... been sitting in the parking lot watching other people get served while I wait for a REPLACEMENT order for 40 MINUTES now. Oh andto add I then had to come inside and tell them my order again. Sycamore BK for sure from now on. Read more
