Went in for dinner, was waiting in line for 20 minutes as they were doing online orders before addressing the people in line.... That wasn't a big deal though. The problem is I got everything on my burrito and when I get to the guac they were out. Call mepicky or whatever but I really don't enjoy Chipotle without the guac, it's average at best without it. I always get guac on myburrito. No idea why they didn't have any guac, out of avocados or the chef just wasn't making anymore? Would have been nice ifthey let the people in line know ahead of time there wasn't any guac. From now on if I go in or order guess I'll have to go outof my way to ask if they have any because apparently the workers there and the manager don't think it's important to mention totheir customers waiting in line they're out of guac... at least put a sign on the door or have the person taking orders mentionit before they even start your burrito/bowl. Chipotle, quick, easy, good, has vegetarian options that are actually super tasty. Parking is decent, store is clean overall.
Never ordering online here again. Waited 15 minutes after my pickup time. Wasn't compensated till I called them because I had to... leave for work. They prioritize customers in line over late online orders which is kind of bs. First place I have been to thatdoes that. Read more
The employees of this chipotle refuse to put the drink cups in your mobile order bag. What?s the point of making a mobile order... if I have to wait for the cashier to finish helping the pleb at the counter so I can ask for something that should have beenwith my order in the first place. Read more
Went to grab dinner and waited a long time because there was no rice prepared and the line was out the door. Once our bowls were... actually made and we came home to eat both bowls had undercooked rice and bay leaves in them. Really disappointed in the serviceof the night crew. And this is not the first time the food was either cold or hard. Won?t be coming back at night. Read more
Used to go to this location ALL of the time and it was one of my favorite locations until I found a long string of black hair in... my bowl and also inside of the corn bucket that they have on the line on two separate occasions/days, have not ate here sincethese two separate incidents approximately one month ago. This Chipotle location is usually pretty good, but the experience is very dependent on the server(s) currently working. One... server consistently serves less than half the ingredients of other servers, creating a burrito far smaller than what I wouldusually get. The burritos often come out looking terrible and basically falling apart right out of the bag. Read more
Worst service ever!! Went threw line got to point where they would ask lettuce salsa etc was she then said she?ll finish our... food as she started a whole family meal behind us ? we waited 6 min as our food is getting cold and sitting there and we?restill waiting on min 8 so we decided to say fuk this place and left.
