Rude Staff. I approached the staff in a polite way. The cashier clearly saw me waiting. Looked at me and clearly ignored me. I... had to say ?excuse me? to grab his attention. I even said ?Hey I understand you?re busy I just have ran out of time could Iplease just have a refund I need to leave asap? The cashier just looked at me and told me my sandwich was ?right there? andtried to walk away again. I tried to reiterate that I just needed to leave, I don?t have time to even eat my sandwich now. Ijust wasted my money and instead of receiving a ?sorry for the wait? or any type of customer service I was talked to as if I wasthe reason my sandwich took over 10 minutes to be made. Sad how little they care about they customers. Some 400+ lbs dude can't make a sandwich right and his boss is to petty of a... chicken to tell him to do his job right, or address the customer that there was a delay.
