Rude Staff. I approached the staff in a polite way. The cashier clearly saw me waiting. Looked at me and clearly ignored me. I... had to say ?excuse me? to grab his attention. I even said ?Hey I understand you?re busy I just have ran out of time could Iplease just have a refund I need to leave asap? The cashier just looked at me and told me my sandwich was ?right there? andtried to walk away again. I tried to reiterate that I just needed to leave, I don?t have time to even eat my sandwich now. Ijust wasted my money and instead of receiving a ?sorry for the wait? or any type of customer service I was talked to as if I wasthe reason my sandwich took over 10 minutes to be made. As a previous manager in the hospitality industry, I?m pretty lenientand easy going. That was unacceptable. Read more
Been here a couple times and the people have always been nice, make everything perfect and a regular size sandwich is good for 2... meals! Will be back again! Read more
Sad how little they care about they customers. Some 400+ lbs dude can't make a sandwich right and his boss is to petty of a... chicken to tell him to do his job right, or address the customer that there was a delay. Ordered online in advance and...It took them 80 minutes to make 15 sandwiches for a company party. I've received a similar order... from Potbellys and Jimmy John's in half the time. Steer clear of this location. I don't normally have troubles with JerseyMike's but this location had BAD leadership and the employees need significant training. Telling me "we got slammed withcustomers" is a lame excuse when you've got 6 people on staff and competitors can manage a lunch rush while doing such an orderin 30 minutes. wow how pathetic. our company ordered 16 sandwiches costing close to $200. after taking 80 mins a very rude employee threw the... bag at us. turns out they missed 4 sandwiches. Quite possibly the worst jersey mikes location in the world. We will becontacting management but this was a bad enough experience that i felt compelled to warn future visitors. Read more
This was the most friendly Jersey Mike?s I?ve ever been to. The two guys working were so kind (tall with brown hair and the... other had glasses and pony tail). They were upbeat, made our sandwiches look like the photos, and seemed genuinely happy to beworking. There aren?t many fast food places that still have that these days.
