First food is always great. My last trip in I ordered then paid. I could tell it was more than I normally pay so assumed with... the times prices went up. So check my receipt and the menu board and they don?t match. I tell the cashier and she just says yeahthey sent the wrong boards but changed the prices and then laughed and said thanks. I don?t mind spending the money but thoughtso many other ways it could have been handled just didn?t sit right. Read more

On 9/21/2022 I went to Panera and found the drive thru closed but pulled up in the front and called . Explained that I had my... dog with mr and it was much too hot to leave her in the car. SHAY took my order and happily brought it to my car. She was sosweet and when I got home, my chicken sandwich was oh so good!!!!! Read more
Service is hit or miss recently, too often a miss.. They missed an item in our bag recently, and promised to send an email with... a voucher-it never came. Missing things in the bag, or putting cheese on sandwiches we ask to be without for dairy allergies isbecoming a chronic error...This is the 3rd time they've missed something in recent months and said they'd email avoucher-without doing so twice. Along with getting only 4 tiny pieces of chicken in the(getting quite expensive) soup(that ismostly broth and carrots lately), I see little reason to keep returning. Excellent breads and soups. Prices are quite expensive and there are never discounts. Very clean and a great place to have a... chat with friends. Plenty if parking and it is wheelchair accesiblle. Read more
Great and fast service. Breakfast egg cheese and bacon brioche sandwich was delicious with a coffee latte with caramel.
I love there bagels ..I go for a 1/2 dozen and there ice tea is so good...a lot. They do have great soups to I love there... chicken wild rice in there bread bowl. I'm here on 7/ 28 having the chicken and rice in the bread bowl ????...it so good withthere ice tea!! Read more
