$6.58 for one slice of pizza and terribly rude worker. Don't get ripped off and go into dekalb. Hate going here with the... feeling of paying way too much for bad service and mediocre food. They also charge a non-cash adjustment for using cc that theydon't tell u tell u about. Read more

Ordered the spinach stromboli,,, It was totally NOT spinach. Instead it was what to appear to be can collard greens rolled up... into a garlic bread. I drive a semi truck for a living, so whenever possible you want to get a f great meal. Sabarro is knownfor great fresh food, with the exception of this Sabarro located in Dekalb Illinois. Worse Sabarro ever. Wish i could'veuploaded the photo of the collard green stromboli. ???? Read more

3-13 We made a special trip here since the Sbarro we usually go to at Stratford Mall closed, which we discovered the night... before. We've been going to Sbarro forever since it is the best New York style we have found in IL. We go for the food, notthe service. We certainly don't expect to be treated like a valued customer like chik fila, as the service provided istypically curt and no nonsense. Traveled 40 minutes to get a slice of pizza, but didn't expect to be treated so rudely by thegirl who took our order and packaged our food. I was having trouble with the payment system. I told her it wasn't working. She kept yelling at me that it's "asking a question". I told her I can't read it, as I didn't think I'd need my reading glassesto purchase a slice of pizza. She again yelled in an unusually rude tone that "it's asking a question"! Again, I told her Ican't read it. She finally acquiesced after repeating the "it's asking a question" and said it was asking what I wanted to"tip". Tip? Tip for what? Turns out, there were four options for a tip, with the final option being no tip. After beingtreated so rudely, I wasn't warming up to the idea of tipping for something that shouldn't be tipped or tipping someone for rudeservice. Anyways, I opted for the no tip and she shoved by bag of food at me...seriously? Needless to say, we won't beback. Oh, if you're wondering- the pizza was delicious. Read more

Whoever Skylar was working the other day made me feel so welcomed as a customer. She was patient with me asking what food... contained what did to my son’s food allergy and made it so easy for him and I to decide on what he can and cannot eat. I wasfrustrated myself because of the amount of people were there but she made sure we were all settled and that I shouldn’t berushed. 100% customer satisfied and my son was as happy as can be because of her kindness. Lady at front counter was giving off ,"bad vibe." Appeared to dislike her job. I asked a question and she just seemed... unpleasant. Food was ok, of course Sbarro is more expensive than any other chain at the plaza. But, I wouldn't eat there again,I prefer a pleasant experience when I spend my money Read more

Sbarro for Breakfast? Eggs, Bacon, Potatoes and Bread... A Great Breakfast at a fair price. My Wife's enjoying an Egg, Spinach... and Cheese Calzone. Coffees were a dollar and were very good. Why would anybody buy coffee next door at Starbucks? FYI: Ifmanagement reads reviews I hope they consider asking Jimmy to teach Customer Service. Read more
