We actually went inside. Staff is phenomenal. They were understaffed and still managed the counter and the drive through. They... were very polite even though ,under the circumstances, they could have been grumpy. Food was very good. The owner should givethe staff a bonus. One thing I didn't care for was the echo inside. It's difficult to hear well in the place. Read more
Sonic has hot dogs, other than Portillos it is the only place in DeKalb, Tom and Jerry's closed down, so check them out
I was at this location on 9/24/22 at 715 pm. After waiting 13 minutes to order I walked out. All they care about was the drive... through and nobody else. When I did get someone's attention they said one minute and take another order from the drive through.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SONIC! Just go down the street to Burger King or McDonald's they will take care of you. Poor customerservice Read more
Nice menu variety... Not only better choices than the average burger joint, but burrito's, cool slushes, & peanut butter cup ice... cream blizzards all at one place... Unfortunately, this store was empty, seemed to have 3-4 employees working, & yet the diningroom was a mess... Tables littered with trash & dirty / sticky.... Garbage cans overflowing... Just didn't understand it. Looked like no one had cleaned up from the night before... Yuk ! Read more

I went in during a rush, so I understood that there was going to be a little wait time. But Ken helped me all along the way,... with making sure I had everything ordered and getting my Onecard to work. My food also came out sooner than I thought.Everything was fresh when I received it. 10/10 would totally recommend ???? Read more
If I can give them a zero starts out of ten then I would. I can?t believe that I?ve been standing here in the hot lobby waiting... to be served a single corn dog and a medium blue raspberry slushy. You would not believe how long it took me to receive my orderon a slow day. It took over 30 minutes!! I left there absolutely furious in the fact that took so long for something so fast andsimple to make. I hope you take my advice of not going to sonic of dekalb and instead go to any of the other fast food areasaround unless you would like to have your time wasted. One thing I should add though is that the cashier was very nice. It?s thecooks that need to stop standing around talking, and instead do what they are getting paid to do. came here 2 days in the same weekend. first in drive thru second inside. drive thru took 15 minutes to get 2 slushees and inside... have been waiting for 20 min in line and 20 min to get my food. missing food. missing drinks. ridiculous. very polite tho. gonew lenox mustangs state champs! very much of a mood kill to my night.also my mother went to the restroom. suprise suprise notoilet paper. had to use my hand. this place needs a glow up.i casey think this is a joke it?s not.
