Ordered a couple sandwiches online for curbside pickup. Which this location does not accept coupons code. When I got home I... realized that they had made a 6" sub in substitution for one of my 12" subs. I gave them a call to let them know that the orderwas incorrect and I would be in to pickup the other half. The owner said NO and proceeded to tell me that they needed to checkthe camera to confirm they made my sub wrong then they would call me to tell me to come in... I said no way I'm coming in now topick up my other half. I'm assuming they checked the camera because they made the other half however, the owner started yellingat one of the workers "who made the sandwich". After they made the sandwich the owner had the audacity to tell me that I neededto check the order... I'm literally paying you to "check the order". Also they have 2 children (well behaved) that they make sitin the store while they work, which is sad. Read more

I had a terrible experience at this Subway this morning. I placed an order for pickup on my way to work and when I walked into... the store the order was not there even though it said it was ready. The manager told me someone had already picked up my ordereven though I said it wasn?t me and they showed me a picture of someone picking up my order. They refused to remake my order orgive me a refund even though I wasn?t the one to pick it up because all that mattered to them was someone had already taken it.This is very bogus now I?m running late to work with no lunch.
