I love this place, I really do. But this is ridiculous. I ordered an Italian beef sandwhich on garlic bread instead of regular... bread and I wanted mozzarella cheese on it also. This is my usual order and I?ve never had a problem with it until today. Thisis what they gave me today. A piece of garlic bread with Italian beef on it. Who in their right mind would order something thisinsane? Why isn?t the kitchen/phone staff more familiar with the menu? It took two different people over the phone to come upwith this idea. Vinny?s used to be the place? like 6 years ago. My last order was absolutely horrible. I called for a pizza two nights ago and... was expected to receive it within an hour. My pizza never showed after I canceled the delivery, the driver if delivered would?vetaken 90 mins. I called to let them know and was responded to very rudely. I asked to let them leave my name and the workerhangs up on me! The next day I called to let them know I want a refund or a credit and I take the credit, the gentleman on thephone early in the day was very nice and seemed disturbed by the other employee?s incompetence. I called later in the night touse my credit and I added an extra ingredient. It was an extra $2.XX, I asked if we could just nudge that off for not deliveryin a timely manner the night prior. The employee was one of the rudest people I?ve ever spoken to on the phone, it was like Iwas asking for a million dollars, she runs they why and howwww they?re helping me, I didn?t ask how and what they were applying.Then the delivery for that pizza took over an hour and a half, absolutely ridiculous customer service. The pizza doesn?t eventaste the same anymore. I will not be ordering from here again. If you do, be prepared to wait over the estimated hour arrivaltime they give you. Read more
I ordered a pizza Taylor I guess the manager called 18 mins ago asking about my address and said her drivers are not the... smartest over an hour in I called and asked about my pizza Taylor was very disrespectful and said it was on its way I asked totalk to a manager she said I am been here 11 years I actually Said how r u in customer service because she was really rude andshe responded with your welcome. I'll nvr order from here again which sucks because I ordered all our pizzas at Facebook throughvinnys. One person ruins everything. Read more

BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. The 1st and only Pizza I ordered here delivered arrived and the dough looked like it was barely... cooked at all and wet ...I could see all of it because every single topping and the Cheese ( barely melted ) had slid off ofthe top of the pizza and was in a long Blob on one edge of the Box I called to complain and they just hung up. So yes I alsoAgree with all the Bad reviews I figure the Good reviews are from workers / employees and their family members and friends Any other Place you go to will be Better because you can't get any Worst NEVER AGAIN Read more
Being vegan you expect few to no choices at most places, in this case I thought I?d be walking out with breadsticks and breaded... mushrooms since their sauce has a little bit of cheese, and all of a sudden while we waited I got asked what would I put in mineand was made a delicious mushroom/pineapple pizza with a different sauce just to accommodate me, that didn?t make it all the wayhome! This is the hurricane pizza Vinnies pizza in Dekalb sent my family last night! Absolutely burnt!!! Thought it didn't taste right... last night but was starving when it showed. Tried to warm up a couple pieces tonight for dinner and tasted worse so I looked andthe bottom is black. Called the restaurant and these people DO NOT STAND BY THEIR QUALITY and the lady was rather rude on thephone. I would not recommend this pizza place to anyone as there are many other options close.
