Pulled up to the drive thru and they said ?we?re in the middle of a shift change, we?ll be with you in one moment.? No big deal.... Waited about 5-10 minutes, nothing. Two other cars had pulled up behind me so I just went around the building again. They tookmy order & I gave them my card at the window, receipt machine down. Got back home, about a 4 minute drive, food was cold.Everything seemed as if it had been sitting. You?d think if they were changing shifts the food would be fresh for the new shift.Nope. Read more
I ordered a small coke, 10 piece nugget and a 6 piece spicy nugget, a bourbon burger, two cheese burgers, and two medium fries.... Only thing in my DoorDash order was a bourbon burger and two fries. How do you look at an order slip and not notice you missed awhole 4 items. The food that I received was also cold and stale. Best part of it was the small coke. Then DoorDash claims theycan?t do a refund/reorder. I wanted to personally go in this store and go off on them. I like their burgers and chicken nuggets, besides the Frosty, of course. The employees used to be very friendly and nice. You... could see the same employees over and over again, but now you never see the same employee twice. Bad sign: all the old employeesare gone. Something changed and now good luck getting a smile. After 15 years eating at this Wendy's, I had my firstconfrontation with a very rude employee, she interrupted me again and again, talking over me, because she wanted me to order herway and not in the order it just popped in my head. The order came out wrong. Shocking!! During my last visit to the drivethrough, I complimented something in the menu, she said "ok" and closed the window in my face. Part of chicken sandwich was raw. I don't even have high expectations for restaurants around the Sycamore/ Dekalb area, but meat... that is cooked should be a pretty low expectation, a person would think. Read more
Tuesday July 12th 2022,at 11:37pm. HERE WE GO,THIS IS A COMPLAINT REVIEW. 1st. We pull in the,you see 1 person sitting... down. 2nd. We see several,around 6 or 7 employees playing around the industrial Garbage Can 3rd. We see 1 employee walking inthe parking lot. We ask him are they still open. He respond what time is it. We say 11:37pm. He says yes we?re still open. 4th.We order but,they don?t have ANY SODA other DIET,they don?t have STRAWBERRY FROSTY,the don?t have CHEESE SAUCE,they don?t haveICE. 5th. My order they forget my FRIES. 6th. When I realized I don?t have FRIES,I back back to the drive up window,NO ONESthere,I blow the horn,NO ONES there. I hear a voice from beside asking CAN THEY HELP ME. I said I didn?t have any FRIES. Theygave me OLD COLD FRIES. 7th. I don?t know why the WHOLE STAFF was PLAYING AROUND THE GARBAGE CAN. 8th. My neighbor hadDIARRHEA,& I was THROWING UP,I had DIZZY SPELLS,WEAKNESS. 9th. I don?t know if the employee,or employees WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORETHEY PREPARE OUR FOOD BUT,WE WERE SICK 8 HOURS LATER. Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Was asked to pull ahead. Never got our lemonade, chocolate frosty, silverware... for the salad, or straws. When I told the guy this he came back out and said he would give me a strawberry frosty because theywere out of chocolate. Fine whatever. You don't know if they're there or not they hide behind the wall when you pull up the order it's a terrible place I don't know... what's going on there I have to go to the one farther down they're very nice and they're always there and they do their job this1 they're not doing their job they're gonna have to change out the staff there I'm not the only 1 that says this Read more
