We went yesterday. They were not busy, probably one group already dining and another group seated right before us. our... waitress quickly took our drink order, but everything went down hill once she took our food order. We asked for the 6/6traditional and boneless combo as well as an additional 10 piece traditional. She asks if we want fries and we advised her thecombo comes with fries.After her look of confusion, my husband points out the combo on the menu and she says oh ok. She startsplacing our order, and asks if we want the large or small combo? I ask what the difference is, she shrugs her shoulders, saysidk probably the fries. And This is when her rude attitude kicked in.I ask what the price difference was between the two andwhen she quotes a price different than the menu I pick the menu back up and say that?s weird the combo here is listed at $22 not$18z she shrugs her shoulders again and says that?s cause it lists your price with tax.then says ?so what do you want?? We orderthe large. So after a short wait the food comes out and our combo is now just a 20 piece cauliflower wings. No fries, no celeryor ranch as requested. We advise this is not what we ordered and I tell her we ordered the 6/6 combo she says yeah, that?s thecauliflower. I finally say no it?s not get the menu. Show her again the combo we ordered. So she has to get guidance to find onthe menu and did apologize. Her attitude did a 180. However her service did not. I ate most of my meal We had to request thecelery and ranch a second time and it finally came out with our combo. We already had the 10 piece so waiting to eat that oncewe got the ranch etc. to be clear : this was not a kitchen issue. Food orders came out timely, and the quality was overall good.Fries were a little cold but overall taste was good. It was completely a server issue. I ordered 15 boneless and 15 wings neither had enough sauce we requested and the boneless wings were cold and dry so were the... fries. I called the next day to complain, because I was exhausted from my day and I just wanted to eat and go to bed; they saidit was nothing they could do because it was next days business. I just went to sleep hungry and upset. After waiting longer thanestimated time because they messed up on my order. Read more

The waitress didn?t give us straws or napkins or silverware?and never took our menus after ordering. She didn?t seem to have... much knowledge of the menu so when I asked questions she just told me yea sure if that?s what the menu says. Didn?t seem veryinterested in actually listening to us either. It was just two of us and we only ordered wings and fries but she needed us torepeat ourselves many times. Hardly ever came to the table to check on us so I had to call another waitress a few times to helpmy table. The original waitress had her hair down and her hands were constantly in her hair. When our food came to the table itwas labeled wrong so we didn?t know which was which. Half my wings had a very long hair wrapped around them. I told the waitressand she asked what did I want her to do about it. So I asked for the other waitress because my waitress was more worried abouttelling me it?s not her hair in my food. The other waitress told her she needed to put her hair up. The other waitress broughtme 5 wings to replace half my wings that had a hair in it which I said was fine. So I get ready to eat my other wings when Ifind another long hair. So I told them I didn?t want the replacement wings but they brought them anyway. I asked to speak to themanager. She didn?t really do much to help.. so I told her I?d pay for whatever I needed to pay for but we didn?t want the foodand wanted to leave. She made us pay for the one drink I ordered and pretty much said have a nice day. By the time I walked outthe original waitress was coming from the back still putting her hair up and her hands still in her hair without washing them.Sadly that was my first time dining in a Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel like this place has done downhill slowly. Bar serves is great, not so much the front area for families. We sat and there... was no server for our area, a server finally came and took our drink and told us they would find us a server. When speaking to aManger because another couple walked out , she said it was in between shift change , that I'm assuming takes 30-45 minutes.Wings were great , took over 30 minutes, fries were Luke warm and my 5 year old was crying cause he was hungry... so with thatbeing said, if you're not hungry and time on your hands, go! But if your hungry , don't take small kids if they're hungry andwant service in the front area . I'll try Moore next time . Read more

We had the best service ever!! Waitress was amazing!! We enjoyed her alot! She was very professional about it! Came to our table... every time she passed us to make sure we were fine. Loved her attitude!! Thank you so much!! Read more

The service was terrible!! Waited to be seated while 2 waitresses stood there staring at me. The wings were over cooked almost... close to beef jerky. Asked for carrots and celery which NEVER were delivered. Had to ask to get our drinks refilled after beingempty for at least 5 minutes. Manager did give a small percentage off the total but not worth the pathetic service and thetotal for the ticket. Two people so should have been an easy day. Read more

Man has it gone downhill! Seems supply issues have taken toll on quality of food. Wings use to be large, now medium size. Manger... was frustrated with his product, tried to cook another batch which turned out horrible. I see restaurant closures in the futureif it continues this way! I?m pulling for you BWW?s, support your franchise better. Cut your royalties and negotiate yoursuppliers harder. Good luck Read more
