One thing about Oklahoma.. you don?t like to work, nor put effort into your food and want people to pay for it and eat it.. I... rather travel to Texas they have better food because of Their Southern Hospitality down south.. you have no love in your foodwhatsoever.. and if you don?t like you job why are you here ?? I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza and it was made right except for one thing. When I got home, it had a whole about 3 inches wide... in the center of the pizza. I called the store and spoke to the manager and all she could say was that this happened some timeswhen they take it from the pan to the pizza box. Yes I got my money back. I also told her that they were slacking on qualitycontrol. And she didn't say anything about it. If you look at the picture you can see in the center of the pizza that it has abig chunk missing. We order dominos at least a few times a month. They?re normally pretty decent but tonight our order was awful. One pizza cooked... too long, the other not cooked long enough and they made a ridiculously poor attempt at cutting the deep dish pizza. Maybedominos standards are different from other places, but these do not seem worth the money I spent on them. I will go out of myway to go to a different location next time. Read more
Tonight was likely the worst order I?ve had from here. The pizza was not even warm when it arrived. Hardly any cheese, lots of... crust bubbles which made those pieces unedible, cooked at the gates of hell. The only plus was the amount of pepperonis. Madethe order at 6:15p. It did not arrive till 7:50p almost. I got a call at 6:58p it was on the way. I called them and they saidthe guy had 6 orders to deliver. Why!!!!! They are usually really great but when we got the pizza, they didn?t even put mushrooms over the whole pizza and the pizza... wasn?t really cut at all. It seemed like they were in a rush. Read more
I am done ordering from this location. The have gotten my order incorrect everything I have ordered over the 9 months. But I... still have given them more chances. Then I call to order tonight because the website isn't working. I give the lady my order,she gives me the total. I give her my card information. Then she tells me I still owe three dollars. So I check my account whileshe is still on the phone. Mind you I have well over a 1000 dollars in my account. And the transaction for the original amounthas gone through already. So she gets a manager. The manager gets on the phone and proceeds to tell me that they don't deliverto my apartments after 8pm. Well, I offered to pick up the order. Nope they don't allow pick up after 10pm even though they areopen much later than that. So he said he can only refund my money, which will obviously take several business days. There were jalapenos and bell peppers on my pizza. I didn't order jalapenos or bell peppers and whoever cut these pizzas cut... them unequal. What a mess... Read more
Waited 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas, parmesean bites and cinnamon sticks. Pizzas were raw in the middle and burnt on the outside... which is mind baffling, the dough was full on nasty black bubbles and the sauce was sour. There were 6 people mostly standingaround because they weren't trained, even the manager wasn't trained. The parmesean bites and cinnamon sticks were cold andstale, even the icing thay came with was horrible. Wouldn't refund my money and the food made me sick. Health department shouldshut them down.
