This store is trash. I put an order in through that app at 6:48. The order shows to be out of the open and being prepared for... delivery for almost 35 min, but not in route to be delivered. I call the store at 7:38, they tell me the driver is there andabout to leave with my order. The store is less than ten minutes away. At 8:15 a Door Dash driver calls to confirm the address.It wasn?t even their delivery guy. I finally received my order at 8:18, and hour and a half after I placed it. The pizza wascold too. Terrible! My delivery people were 3 teenagers who looked like they were homeless. Made me uncomfortable receiving cold food from people... who look like they didn?t even pick out a clean outfit for the day. Pizza showed up cold. It was so bad that I didn?t even trustto eat the pizza so I threw it away and ordered another pizza from dominos. Whoever runs this store is a joke. This is not myfirst issue with this location. I highly recommend anyone thinking of going here to just go somewhere else. Read more
Good quality pizza as is usual with the franchise. This store consistently delivers on time and provides great customer service.
Every order we get from here is the best quality. I had an order in the past that was messed up during delivery, but at the end... of it the manager Happy made everything right. Best Papa Johns I've ever bought from, would highly recommend to anyone. Read more
My first order with this Papa John's was bad. The pizza was clearly reheated, the undercrust was stale and the slices didn't... want to come apart. However, the owner responded asking me to contact what I assume was their corporate review team. My secondorder afterwards was perfect and made fresh with no repeat issues from the first order. The third order I placed recently wasalso made fresh and with no issues. Was cut a little weird but it didn't bother me. Added some pictures. 5/25/22 Update:Quality is questionable now. Well it was my fault I provided the wrong number so they couldn't tell me they didn't have small pizza or wings. So they sent me... a large extra cheese pizza and refunded me the wings. But this pizza really tasted like cardboard. Half the pizza doesn't havecheese. They were really nice when I called but that pizza tasted like some else's pizza that didn't get picked up 5 hours agoand it was put back in the oven and delivered through door dash for me. I'm not even mad at the Doordarshan driver. The pizzadidn't even get the seal sticker proving no one ever opened the box. I am so disappointed I don't even know what to say. 2nd time order from this location and it gets better and better...The Shaq pizza is the truth and well worth it plus it helps... charities. Jeff even brought our pizza to the car...Great Papa John service with a smile... Read more
