Awesome atmosphere here! Really cool space with lots of different seating. Seems like a fun event space too. The chips and salsa... are AMAZING. We go there mostly for them. Drinks are second best, then food. Food is pretty good, we've gotten a few dishes thatweren't superb but overall it's tasty and fun! We came in for a work gathering dinner. Our server was fine at the beginning. One of us ordered an item that is on both the... appetizer and entree menu so she asked about getting beans and rice with it (because she read the entree version). He insistedit didn't come with either. We checked the entree list and it did in fact come with both...so we showed our server and explainedthat she thought that's what she was getting. He didn't seem very pleased and didn't hide it. He walked away muttering tohimself, but loud enough for us to hear. A few other simple requests later were met with annoyance, like we were bothering him.On top of careless, cant-be-bothered-service we had to pay a 20% service fee for being a party of 7. I like to tip well for ajob well done but 20% (large party or not) wasn't even close to earned. It's one thing to not know the menu fully or forgetthings, we are all human and can be gracious for that...but to give attitude for your own shortcomings? We were prettydisappointed. Read more
We tried mahi mahi tacos, fish tacos and chicken salad tostada bowl. My friends tried their mango margarita. I loved my tacos,... portion for tostada bowl was huge. we enjoyed the time there, the decor is Mexican inspired as well. Very colorful and brightsummer feel the moment you walk in. Service was okay. My new favorite place for amazing Mexican food! The chips and salsa are SO good! My server helped me find vegan options and was... transparent about what dishes use animal products, so I ended up getting the veggie fajitas. Location in Del Mar is perfect if you want to go for a walk to the beach after your meal. Chips were warm and salsa was perfect.... We came here for Sunday brunch and prices are good. Food we has was excellent and we will be back! Dogs also allowed on outsidepatio. Read more
Came here for a fun birthday dinner by the ocean... no ocean just concrete seats with a waiter/bartender that walked away from... our mid sentence conversion. Sorry you are too "busy" finished our drink and went elsewhere. Read more
