They are going way to fast but for some reason they gave me the incorrect change at the drive-thru. My total was 13.75 so I... gave them 20.75 to get 7 dollars back but I got 6 dollars back. They didn't gave me a receipt either so idk what's the girlsname on the drive thru window or the guy who told her, you forgot to give him .25 cent back. End up with $6.25 return, pleasehelp your employees with the correct training. Not looking to get her or the coworker in trouble, just wanna make sure theyslow down a bit to make sure it's not a bigger money issue. Mobile order was placed at 10:59pm (order #1646) and selected the option to pick from store. Walked to the store to see a sign... that only drive thru is open. Got in the drive through line and waited for 46 minutes (is this fast food when you wait for 46minutes?) The lady at the window had no interest to hand over my order for another 7 minutes. Couldn't process my mobile order. Had to go inside to give them my order. Then they charged me again. I had to wait for the... mobile order email to get a refund for the in store order. So much for fast food. At least the order was correct. Thus 2stars. Read more
Me and my Mom had been on the road for 3 hours so we stopped at this McDonald's on my 1st order the apple pie was missing, I... parked and walked in to claim it and got my apple pie. When I got in the car I saw my Mom (91yrs old) eating this disgusted,nasty raw hamburger that she couldn't see how raw was due to her age and eyes condition. I went back on car line to orderchicken nuggets and PAID for them. Explained problem to cashier and nothing. As I drove to pick up window I explained all thesituation to Manager and all she said she was sorry NEVER offered me a refund for the hamburgers. McDonald?s is just like Little Caesar?s. It?s delicious as long as there?s not someone lame next to you telling you it sucks....
