I hate to give this Starbucks a bad review, because I love Starbucks and I go almost everyday. But this location does not know... the syrups to drink size. Every single time I go through the drive thru and ask for two pumps of syrup in a grande drink theynever specify it on the ticket tab so it is made with four every single time. I always make sure they know I say two, and theperson taking the drink order always says it comes with two. I worked at Starbucks for many years, and on every website orgoogle search regarding syrup to drink size at Starbucks states that a grande drink comes with four pumps. Please please please,tell your staff the syrup to cup sizes. No matter what, I have to get my drink re made every time, and every time the staffseems annoyed and fights with me that a grande comes with two pumps. Read more

I'd give this Starbucks a 0, but that is not possible so I give it a 1. I ordered from here on mobile and I asked for no meat... on a breakfast sandwich because I can't eat meat. Instead, they took out the cheese, which I still wanted, and gave me a meatand egg sandwich, making it inedible due to the fact that the meat was heated with the egg. I also ordered a bagel with creamcheese and when I opened the cream cheese, I realized there was a hole in the side of it... I don't think my plastic knife didthat and it's just unsanitary. Now I am left with no sandwich, which is $6 wasted, and no cream cheese, which is another $1wasted. Read more
Great service. Bathroom is cleaned regularly and the people always seem friendly despite major rushes at the drive thru that I... imagine are quite stressful. Food and drink comes fast and they always say have a nice day on my way out. Very good for anAmazon delivery driver stopping for lunch. Read more

I didn?t notice until I got home and I thought it... was super funny to be walking around with this all day, it shows the staff?s good sense of humor :) Everyone needs to lightenup in the comments it?s JUST coffee to go.
