Staff treat you based on tipping!. First off, yogurtland is a machinemade and a self service buisness that is not cheap at all.... The company should not ask for tips While costumers are paying easy $10 -12 per small cup of yogurt!. Employees at yogurtlandand fitness centres have the easiest jobs of all. It?s not acceptable to pay $13 including tips for one serving of yogurtregardless of the location. Most of the times the machines are not clean. I?ve seen people lick their finger and touching thenozzles and doing it back and forth and also touching spoons at the topping bar with the same fingers holding the sample cupsgoing in their mouth several times while sampling while no one cares to stop inconsiderate costumers. Staff are so lazy andcareless that don?t even bother cleaning the scale which is right in front of them!!!. staff are mostly in the back room talkingand texting without paying attention to any details for keeping this place clean safe and disease free. After a nice, relaxing walk at Del-Mar Dog Beach, my friend & I stopped to have frozen yogurt, my favorite dessert! What made... this more special was that It was her birthday, & this was her first time trying frozen yogurt. She loved it, as I did also. We REALLY appreciated my Service dog being welcomed also. Customers beware!!! We love Yogurtland and have been to many in Southern California so when we went to this Del Mar location we... expected the Yogurtland experience.. Not here especially at the register. Now I understand why they don?t post the per ounceprice of 69 cents, which is 20% higher than other Yogurtland locations. AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Not only is it disgustingly dirty, but they raised their prices to an INSANE amount. They charge $0.69. All... other neighboring yogurtlands charge way less. This is terrible. They also do not list their price anywhere, nor did they makeyou aware of the price increases. For 4 smaller cups of yogurt it was $35. That is awful. I will not be going this yogurtlandagain. Lots of flavors and very clean. We go all the time. Only down side is today they did not label their items correctly. They... had Nutella labeled as magic shell. My son is allergic to nuts and luckily my daughter tasted it first to let him know not toeat it. Read more
Best place ever. This ice cream place serves fresh, cold, ice cream. They have many flavors to choose from. My personal favorite... is rocket sorbet. They even have tons of toppings to choose from and free samples so you can try a taste. The cost is not toexpensive. They also have free water. Defiantly recommended. Read more
