NO Creole or Cajun food As shown on the Windsor Hotel website. Ordered fish and chips. NO salt, NO lemon, NO lime, NO vinegar.... Neither American or British fish and chips! Not good. Never, again! Continued: Asked for salt, lemon, and/or lime. There wasnone! I was not offered malt vinegar. My fish and chips were not served with Cajun remoulade. The 1874 Food Truck online menu atthe Windsor Hotel site states that you have: Chicken& Andouille Sausage Gumbo: Gumbo Smothered Hand-Cut Fries; and a Chicken &Waffle Sandwich. Very good food. Fresh. I loved my shrimp Po' Boy sandwich and side salad with green chili's Owner was very nice too

Fantastic!! My husband got a burger and I had the fish and chips - both were delicious! The thick steak fries were seasoned... perfectly. Cute little setting in a historic courtyard (a tad hard to find if you?ve never been before) but SO worth it. Superfriendly owner - definitely will make a point to stop any time I?m in the area. A must visit if you?re in the area! I had an excellent, fresh burger made with local meat and perfectly seasoned fries. Friendly... and prompt service (and a sweet patio dog!), as well a great selection of beers and craft sodas. This was a treat on our wayhome after spending 5 days in the Weminuche Wilderness.
