Great place to have Starbucks in the middle of the boonies with all that driving. I needed it.

This is not how a Matcha green tea should be served. When I asked to have it fixed the barista said it's from shaking the oat... milk, it foams up. There was no offer to fix my beverage and the barista kept making other beverages. I left. I didn't pay $5.65for foam! This happened before at this location. A very friendly crew and a pleasant ace to sit and enjoy a coffee. Decent menu selections. Pastries could be fresher.

Wouldn't let my 9 year old use the bathroom. Total jerks. Lucky the 711 next door did have its bathrooms open. You would think... the customer service would be better at Starbucks then 7-11. We will be taking our business to the other location near homedepot moving forward at least they have a drive-threw. Read more

Manager felt comfortable enough to tell me to pick up my mobile order outside and felt comfortable enough to end our... conversation with a ?You go sister? but somehow did not feel comfortable enough to notice my entire time inside the store.Somehow Melanie failed to notice me place an additional order inside, or notice me pick up the order, or notice me wait foracknowledgement or eye contact so I could also pick up my mobile order. This is completely abhorrent behavior as a partner onits own, let alone a manager, but clearly the racial sensitivity training and pledge to inclusiveness at Starbucks has proveninsufficient. I came here to pick up a mobile order and the set up was clear and cute. However, the Starbucks employee that was handling... everyone's order actually full on embraced a random customer that had just gotten out of her car. It was shocking to see sincewe're in a pandemic and all of the precautions we take to avoid interactions with others. I gave her the benefit of the doubt,that perhaps it was an accident brought on by some sort of intense emotion, but then she didn't even wash her hands or anythingafter and proceeded to handle everyone's order like we were back in 2019. I typically get coffee before work and by far this location is really on it the staff always are awesome and the speed at which... the get people in and out is amazing! I also have had a user error my last time and arrived at a different location which whereI live we have three and they got it out just as fast if I ordered online highly satisfied with this location and will continueto come back. This is the only Starbucks I actually enjoy going to. I can't say anything pleasant about the company itself, but the staff at... this location is so great. They're very friendly, and they have not gotten my drink order wrong even once. On top of that, it'salways really clean too, which is awesome to see anywhere that's serving something you eat/drink. Special shout out to Alexcause he has the same name as me and he was super chill. Read more
