To better understand this review you need to understand that Del Rio is a small town where little or no customer service is the... norm, it?s a way of life thats infiltrated local restaurants. It?s been over a year since we ate at Applebees because of thesmell coming from the carpet and sticky tables. We went in today and nothing has changed. If anything it?s worse, we were satat a table where the smell was so bad we asked to move. It?s time for a replacement or shampoo. The table was sticky and therewas food on the seats, windows, walls and sunshades. Thankfully the food seems alot better and the time it took was great. Theservice was good too.. Read more

This place is very dirty the booths, walls, blinds, light covers have never been cleaned. Hostess never greeted us he was... sitting next to an overflowing trash can. Service was Amazing!!! Food was amazing, Hand sanitizer right up from, booths are seperated, our waitress Natalya was amazing I... didn't have to look for her and I didn't feel as though she was bothering us.
