Rude people and even though u repeat the order 3 times they still get it wrong also they don't rotate sauces I got a moldy ranch
very rude manager (ericka) tried to use a 20% off code from the app I even handed them my phone so they could see it clearly... said 20% off at the top instead of being helpful the "manager" refused to Honor the coupon and yelled at me in spanish and Iwas speaking English the whole time ericka has been a "manager" for years I would hope someone with her experience would ofhandled the situation better the only time I get good service is when the owner is there they need to retain her for customerservice Read more
Their wait in the drive thru has taken longer than usual. Quality of the food has been getting worse everytime I go.
Managers and employees like to sit there and laugh at you when you complain about the order not being correct. Treat people... like if they are illiterate. Read more
I got two different stories about my charges but it was somewhat my fault because i didn't order from the app until I was in... line in the drive thru. I also didn't follow up to see what I was actually charged. I came home and fell asleep but when Iawoke my spicy chicken sandwich was still yummy. The first one I had was still better. I liked the bun on it. and I will stilllook at charges at some point. Read more

The food was good, freshly made, but my order was wrong, everything else was correct, the happy meal, drinks & fries but the... burgers were not. ;-; But it?s okay tho, I used to work for MCD & I understand that they make mistakes so it wasn?t really abig deal.
