Every time I go to this restaurant they are out of something or they only take card. Today we ordered 2 plates but they only... had rice for one, she then said it takes 45 minutes to make. How do you not think to make rice when your running low. Theydidn?t say sorry or anything. Poor customer service. Read more

One star at best. Every single time I've tried this place, the menu is outdated or you have to wait for an item. Customer... service sucks. One day they simply said they were closed, way before their posted closing time. It's too bad this town doesn'toffer decent competition so that MAYBE things would improve. Read more

Fried rice is mushy and their serving size of chicken is a very small amount. Discontinued honey sesame chicken but still have... it displayed on the menu. So disappointing how much I paid for so little amount of food. Never returning to the Panda Express inDelrio,TX. Read more

I been to this restaurant many times, food is what you expect at any Panda Express. The one thing I don't give it a 4 or 5 star,... it seams that their credit card machines keep malfunctioning, therefore, you may need to carry cash if you want to purchase foodfrom this restaurant. At times they don't have enough staff, which I'm fine with that, but many times the drive through linetends to be long. The drive through does move rather quick. Read more

The orange chicken and Beijing beef were too sweet and not enough heat (spice). Super greasy noodles and fried rice. Not... traditional Chinese food, it?s too Americanized. Read more

Always forgetting and always wrong, not to mention rude. This has got to be the fourth time this year (13Feb2021) that they have... gotten my order wrong...And I've only gone four times.... let me list out the reason why I have finally caved in and decided toleave a review; despite the inconvenience it is to me and decision to NEVER going to the DEL RIO branch anymore. First order: RUDE. They ran out of teriyaki chicken, thus I order the next thing. Ran out of that too, than the next option. Ran out of thattoo. The female taking my order had an attitude whilst I was speaking to her and seemed like I was the one inconveniencing her. My thoughts were they were just too lazy to make more food and just wanted me to go away. This was 8:30pm by the way. I waspatient with her and just asked her what I they had. She replied with an unprofessional tone and clear lack of "care". Secondorder: Ordered chicken teriyaki with sauce packets on the side. Forgot the sauce packet and when I checked the bag at thedrive-though the person at the window seemed annoyed by this, as if I were disrespecting the staff. Told her I was missing thesauce and politely asked for the sauce. She gave me one... I had two large entrée. Other Panda Express I have been at gave aat least two per box, some are great enough and just ask how many I want and they happily oblige. Third: Me and a friend gottwo separate orders to go box. They straight got his order wrong order, not even close. And unlucky me got no fork orchopsticks. I had to eat this by tearing the side of the to-go box as a make-shift spork. Fourth: Sauce, I feel like theinternet asking for the "Sauce" to a image I fancy. Once again made an order of teriyaki and asked for extra sauce. Saucewasn't there. I asked about the sauce packet and they told me that they added the sauce already in the chicken. I took her wordon this because I did not want to cause a commotions. I work just about over an hour away I ordered in advanced and got stiffed. Egg rolls were not in my order. I knocked on the door... because it was closed and it was raining. I called restaurant after I got home to sit rest and eat dinner and was greeted bysomeone who didn't even tell me what she was doing after I told her. So I will just leave it at that. Read more
