I usually order in app then pick up drive thru, either workers are over worked so they looked annoyed by the time they service... you or they just having bad days. Food is always good! Better customer service then other store . Read more
Do not order online from this store in the morning. I have always had great experiences from this location, but I always got... orders in the afternoon. This time I made an online order for two subs at 9:30 AM and was told to pick it up at 9:40AM. no bigdeal, plenty of time, but when I got home with my sandwiches were a mess. Haphazardly thrown together as if by someone angrythey had to do their job that early in the day. I spent enough money on these to expect them to be made as they always are, butperhaps the morning crew cares less if they don't have eyes on them. Terrible. The line was dirty. No cucumbers. Awful service. I have a vinegar allergy and I asked the man to change his gloves and... he just rudely looked at me and asked "what for". Like that's none of ur business. I shouldn't have to explain myself. If I asku to change ur gloves then just do it. Dont ask why. Never going to this location again. Read more
I really enjoy taking my kids for a good sandwich but the Bedell Ave location the guys takes really long to take the order and... also take longer preparing it. It took 26 minutes to prepared the order and 12 minutes to take order at the speaker. Took morethan 30 minutes to get out from there. You have to go with plenty of time just to be able to enjoy a sandwich. I rather go tothe Ave F location. Read more
