Words don't say enough. But if you enjoy deep-fried overcooked drums plated first and splashed with runny sauce after, then you... should go. Walked in and waited to be seated because the hostess and a waitress were having a conversation for a few minutes.Appetizers were fast and were ok considering the atmosphere. Entrees (just wings) took over 20 mins to get to the table. Omar,the server was very sweaty for some reason and was eating behind the little wall while we were waiting. He refilled my friend'sdrink by bringing one glass with no ice and another glass that was full, but without ice, so I could just refill the ice myself?He refilled another friend's drink, but grabbed his empty glass first, walked away with it, brought it back to the table empty,went outside for a minute, then came back in and refilled the empty glass. He asked me twice (apparently forgot he asked) if Iwanted another beer (which was flat BTW). Both times I said no thank you. The empty beer glass was still on the table when weleft. Just a weird experience all around. Wings and Rings is now a joke with the 3 of us friends who were unfortunate victims ofthe phenomenally bad service and the unremarkable food. Will not be back. PS. They only offer a military discount on Mondayswhen kids also get the same discount. SMH. Read more
The food is okay. It's the ideal game day menu. If you don't mind waiting equal to or more than 30 minutes for your food (to... include salads), come here and enjoy your meal. Read more
My family and I ordered over the phone for pickup and had an issue with our order. The complaint was brought up to management... and the manager was probably the most professional and curtious person I've ever met. Terrible Service! Hostess sat us at our table then it took 15 mins before our waitress to come around an take our drink order.... Drinks took another 10 mins to arrive and after placing our food order we didn?t see our waitress again until it was time to paythe tab. During that time another lady came and gave us our meals. Waitress never came around to ask for refills or if we neededanything. All while a bunch of the servers congregated behind a wall towards the kitchen. Food is good but service is terribleand music is horrible. Restrooms are also dirty. Read more
Wings and Rings is a family sports bar. TV?s every where and all kinds of sports on to watch. Very loud atmosphere. We started... with the pretzel bites. Yummy! Soft pretzel bites that I liberally coated with a slightly spicy but well seasoned queso dip.Highly recommended. I ordered 5 bone in wings in Sweet Thai Chili sauce. Ordered medium heat level. Theses were extremely good.Crispy and hot! The fries were disappointing. Delivered lukewarm to the table. Very frustrating. I overall enjoyed my meal andwill return. Read more
A bit on the pricey side. Reminds me of Buffalo wild wings with the decor. But that's pretty much where the similarities end.... The coconut mixed drink is awesome but I will say to ask for light ice because after I drank it there was 80-90 percent full cupof ice left. The fries were awesome. Best fries I've had in awhile, garlic aoli? Spelling is bad probably but awesome fries. Thewings were bites, not wings. I should have asked for wings. Not a personal fan of bites or nuggets. That's just a personalpreference again, some or most people may love them as they have no bones. They were still good as the sauce was pretty goodthey used on them. If I were to compare other wing places though, the price point is a bit high and the wings aren't quite astasty but maybe I should order a different flavor. Don't get me wrong though, the wings were still good. Just in comparison, notas good as other places but this is del Rio. How many won't joints are there? Next time I'll try the grilled with another flavorI had the garlic. One less star because the price point and the sauce. One other great note is their to go containers are moredurable than other places as they are full plastic with clicking lids not styrofoam. The service was also excellent. Read more
